  • Who can take part in Hotmart’s Black November?

    In 2025, all Hotmart already registered customers will automatically participate in Black November.

  • What is the period of Hotmart’s Black November gamification?

    The sales period and the tracking of your sales toward your goal start on October 20, 2025, and end on December 7, 2025. But we highly recommend that you activate your strategies right now, always checking and applying Hotmart’s recommendations shared via email, WhatsApp, and notifications.

  • How does it work?

    For Producers and Co-producers, there will be a goal based on net revenue growth. By reaching 100% of your goal, you’ll receive pre-established prizes. Your goals are set considering revenue from approved and completed sales during Hotmart’s Black November period.

    The values described in the goals represent your net revenue, meaning Hotmart fees and commissions for Affiliates and/or Co-producers are already deducted. Your earnings may also be reduced by refunds, canceled or expired purchases. In addition, your goal was calculated based on your history and a realistic projection.

  • Where can I track my goal?

    From October 20, you’ll be able to see your goal and track your progress right on Hotmart’s platform homepage.

  • How many products count toward gamification?

    As many as you want. During Black November 2025, there are no limits on the number of products, and you can use all the tools available on the platform to create offers and strategies as you wish.

  • How long will I get double points for the Stars Journey?

    Your sales will be worth double points from October 1 to December 31, 2025.

  • I just created my account and didn’t find my goal, why?

    Accounts created during the campaign period will be included in the goal dynamics after their first sale.

  • I made new sales, but the number indicating my goal achievement didn't automatically change. Why?

    The number is always updated at the beginning of each day. If you made sales today, the component on your homepage will be updated tomorrow morning.

  • Can the number that shows the progress of my goal decrease?

    Yes. If a refund is requested for the products you sold, the equivalent will be deducted from the component that displays the progress of your goal.
